A Family's Passion for Skiing

The SnoDog story began over 50 years ago on the slopes of the emerging popular sport of skiing. The Helffenstein family's passion for skiing led them to many household travels, domestic collaboration, and the pursuit of their dreams. Their fond memories of cascading mountain adventures forged a family-fun atmosphere that has continued to this day. With years of experience in patrolling, instructing, coaching, tour operations, ski academies, volunteering, and board memberships, the Helffensteins have now turned their passion into a vocation, creating a premier ski club that encourages all SnoDogs to join in, run the race, and enjoy the journey.
